Commercial Music License
This Agreement is between Illumind Software LLP ("MusicWave") and eligible subscribers on qualifying Pro or Creator plans. It explains the commercial rights granted for music generated through MusicWave and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. License Grant
Subject to your subscription plan, this Agreement, and the Terms of Service, MusicWave grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, copy, store, modify, distribute, publicly perform, and monetize Generated Music through any media, including digital and physical formats. This commercial license applies to songs created during an active qualifying subscription and, for validly issued certificates, remains in effect after your subscription ends unless revoked under Section 6.
2. Eligibility
Available exclusively to eligible Pro and Creator plan subscribers in good standing. Each license certificate is issued for a specific song and is tied to the account that generated the music.
3. Scope of Rights
Sell, distribute, and monetize on all platforms
Create remixes, mashups, and adaptations
Live events, broadcasts, podcasts, films, and ads
License to clients, publishers, and distributors
No additional fees — you retain 100% of revenue
4. Restrictions
You may not use Generated Music for illegal purposes, violate third-party IP rights, or redistribute it as part of a competing AI music service or stock music library.
5. Warranty & Liability
MusicWave represents that it has the rights necessary to offer the commercial license described on this page. Except as expressly stated here and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and Generated Music are provided on an as-is basis. MusicWave is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Generated Music, and you remain responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
6. Suspension & Revocation
Cancellation of your subscription does not invalidate licenses already issued for qualifying songs. However, MusicWave may suspend access, refuse new certificates, or revoke certificates or licenses obtained or used in violation of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, applicable law, third-party rights, fraud, abuse, or chargeback-related non-payment.
7. Modifications
MusicWave may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes apply prospectively unless required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues. Certificates already issued remain governed by the Agreement in effect on the issue date, subject to Section 6.
